Terms of Use

Last updated: January 2026

By using this site you agree to the terms below. We have kept them as short and clear as we could.

1. The service

Sifr Digital provides a free tool for creating and exporting CVs. We provide the service "as is" and work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate details when registering.
  • One account per person.
  • We reserve the right to disable any account that breaches these terms.

3. Your content

Your CV content is yours. We store a copy only if you choose to save it to your account, and for one purpose: so you can open it later. We do not use it for anything else and do not share it with anyone.

You warrant that what you write is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Impersonate another person or enter false data that harms a third party.
  • Attempt to breach, disrupt or overload the site, or bypass usage limits.
  • Use automated tools to scrape content at scale.
  • Resell the service or present it as your own.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, templates, logo, text and articles are owned by Sifr Digital and protected by copyright. You may use the CV you produce entirely freely — personally or professionally — without permission and without attribution.

6. Advertising

The site may display advertising from third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of those adverts or the sites they lead to.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is an aid, not a guarantee of employment. We are not liable for any hiring decision, for any loss arising from using the site or being unable to reach it, or for the loss of data stored in your browser (clear your browser or change device and it is gone — keep a copy).

8. Ending the service

You may stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
